With the rapid growth of vehicle connectivity and telematics systems over the past five years, automotive electronics manufacturers are increasingly requiring stable RF hardware solutions to support GNSS positioning, LTE communication and multi-network connectivity.
In 2022, TOXU supported a vehicle telematics device manufacturer developing a connectivity unit for fleet management applications. The customer required GNSS antenna solutions, LTE antennas and customized RF cable assemblies to ensure stable communication performance inside a vehicle environment with multiple interference sources.
Our engineering team provided antenna matching support, RF cable design and signal optimization recommendations to improve wireless performance and reduce interference between GNSS and cellular systems.
We also supported prototype validation by providing antenna test data including VSWR performance, gain characteristics and radiation behavior to help the customer verify system stability.
Through close engineering collaboration, the customer improved integration efficiency and reduced hardware debugging time during development.
The final hardware solution was successfully deployed in vehicle connectivity terminals used for fleet tracking and vehicle communication applications.
