The demand for IoT asset tracking devices has grown significantly in recent years, particularly in logistics, container tracking and industrial asset monitoring applications. These devices require reliable positioning performance, stable wireless communication and low power hardware design.

In 2023, TOXU supported an IoT device manufacturer developing a compact asset tracking terminal. The customer required integrated GNSS antenna, LTE antenna and RF PCBA support to ensure stable positioning and communication performance within a limited device size.

Our engineering team assisted with GNSS antenna selection, cellular antenna optimization and RF layout recommendations to improve signal efficiency and reduce potential communication issues.

We also supported design verification by providing antenna performance reports including return loss data and frequency response characteristics.

As a result, the customer was able to shorten the hardware integration cycle and reduce development risks.

The final tracking device was deployed in logistics monitoring and mobile asset management systems, improving asset visibility and operational efficiency.
