Overview


The TOXU TX-G99 is a 3-in-1 external combination antenna integrating one active GNSS antenna, one passive wide-band cellular antenna, and one passive 2.4GHz WiFi/Bluetooth antenna into a compact low-profile housing.

The active GNSS section supports GPS L1 at 1575.42MHz and BDS B1 at 1561.098MHz. It provides 28±3dB active gain and a noise figure of ≤1.5dB for connection to compatible active-antenna GNSS receiver inputs.

The cellular antenna section covers 690-960MHz and 1710-2700MHz. It is suitable for compatible 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE communication modules operating within these frequency ranges.

The third antenna element operates at 2400MHz and provides a separate RF connection for compatible 2.4GHz WiFi and Bluetooth communication equipment.

By combining satellite positioning, cellular communication, and short-range wireless connectivity in one housing, the TX-G99 helps reduce the number of separately installed antennas required by vehicle telematics terminals, tracking devices, IoT gateways, industrial communication equipment, and mobile data terminals.

The standard configuration uses three 1500mm RG174 coaxial cables with SMA connectors. Cable length, connector series, connector gender, cable identification, and packaging can be evaluated according to the customer’s equipment interface and installation requirements.

System Integration


The TX-G99 provides three independent RF connections: one active GNSS connection, one passive cellular connection, and one passive WiFi/Bluetooth connection.

The cellular cable should be connected to the main antenna port of a compatible 2G, 3G, or 4G LTE communication module operating within 690-960MHz and 1710-2700MHz. The standard TX-G99 includes only one cellular antenna element and does not provide a second antenna path for LTE MIMO.

The WiFi/Bluetooth cable should be connected to a compatible 2.4GHz wireless module. The standard configuration includes only one WiFi/Bluetooth antenna element and should not be promoted as a dual-band WiFi or WiFi MIMO antenna.

The GNSS cable must be connected to an active-antenna-compatible GNSS receiver input. The receiver must provide the appropriate DC bias voltage through the coaxial cable to power the integrated GNSS low-noise amplifier. The required voltage should be confirmed against the approved product specification before connection.

The standard GNSS section supports GPS L1 and BDS B1 signals. The antenna does not calculate position and does not provide RTK capability by itself. Actual positioning performance depends on the connected receiver, software, satellite environment, antenna installation, and overall system design.

The GNSS, cellular, and WiFi/Bluetooth cables should be clearly identified before connection. Connector appearance alone should not be used to determine the RF port assignment.

The antenna should be installed in a suitable position with a clear satellite view for the GNSS section. Nearby metal structures, electronic modules, interference sources, and improper cable routing may affect antenna performance.

RF performance and isolation between the three antenna elements should be verified in the final equipment and installation environment before volume production.
