The TOXU KC.WX.00081 is a 6-port embedded Wi-Fi antenna assembly integrating two 2.4GHz antenna elements, two 5GHz antenna elements and two 6GHz antenna elements on one aluminum reflector plate.
The three supported frequency ranges are 2400-2500MHz, 5150-5925MHz and 5825-7125MHz. This multi-band structure supports integration with compatible wireless routers, gateways, access points and other equipment requiring multiple Wi-Fi antenna channels.
Each antenna element uses an independent RF cable and IPEX-I connector. The assembly provides six separate RF connections, allowing the corresponding 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz antenna channels to connect to compatible wireless module interfaces.
The 2.4GHz antenna channels use RF1.37 coaxial cables, while the 5GHz and 6GHz antenna channels use RF1.13 coaxial cables. Different cable colors and lengths help identify the corresponding antenna connections during equipment assembly.
The antenna elements are riveted to a nickel-plated aluminum 5052 reflector plate. The complete structure measures approximately 175 x 147.5 x 17.1mm, excluding the extended cable length.
Final RF performance depends on the wireless module, enclosure, PCB ground, installation position, antenna spacing, cable routing and surrounding components. Sample testing inside the complete equipment is recommended before volume production.

The KC.WX.00081 can be connected to compatible multi-band wireless equipment using six independent RF ports:

Before installation, confirm the RF-port definition of the wireless module. The six antenna cables must be connected to their corresponding frequency-band interfaces according to the equipment design.
Cable color alone should not be used as the only basis for port identification. Frequency labels, cable lengths and the approved assembly drawing should be checked before connection.
The reflector plate must be installed in the specified position inside the equipment. Changes to its location, orientation or distance from surrounding components may affect impedance matching, efficiency, isolation and radiation performance.
Avoid excessive cable bending, compression and repeated pulling. The IPEX-I connectors must be aligned vertically during installation to avoid damaging the antenna connector or module RF interface.
Sample testing should be completed with the actual wireless module, enclosure, PCB, display, battery, power supply, cable routing and final installation position before volume production.
