● Dual-Antenna GNSS Heading: Generates moving-baseline yaw information without relying on a magnetic compass.
● Centimeter-Level RTK: Supports horizontal accuracy of 0.8 cm + 1 ppm and vertical accuracy of 1.5 cm + 1 ppm under suitable RTK conditions.
● Integrated IST8310 Compass: Provides an additional magnetic heading source when required by the navigation system.

The TOXU TX-RTK-UM982-Kit is a complete dual-antenna RTK GNSS receiver solution based on the Unicore UM982 high-precision positioning module. It is designed for UAVs, autonomous vehicles, robotics and other navigation systems requiring both centimeter-level positioning and reliable heading output.
The receiver supports GPS, BDS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS multi-frequency signals. With compatible RTCM correction data, it can provide horizontal RTK accuracy of 0.8 cm + 1 ppm and vertical RTK accuracy of 1.5 cm + 1 ppm.
Two GNSS antennas allow the UM982 receiver to calculate moving-baseline GNSS heading using carrier-phase measurements. This provides a non-magnetic yaw source that is less affected by motors, electrical systems, metal structures and other sources of magnetic interference.
Moving-baseline GNSS heading does not require correction data from a fixed RTK base station. However, external RTCM correction data is required when centimeter-level absolute RTK positioning is needed.
The receiver also includes an IST8310 electronic compass, status indicators and a flight controller safety button. It can operate as an RTK rover, moving-baseline rover or manually configured GNSS base station.
The TX-RTK-UM982-Kit provides a cost-effective integration option for projects evaluating the Holybro H-RTK Unicore UM982 dual-antenna receiver. It is an independent TOXU product, and final compatibility must be verified according to the connector, pin definition, firmware and system configuration.

The TX-RTK-UM982-Kit uses two GNSS antennas for moving-baseline heading. The primary and secondary antennas must be installed rigidly on the same vehicle with a known baseline distance and orientation.
Increasing antenna separation generally improves heading performance. The specified heading accuracy of 0.1° is based on a 1 m antenna baseline under suitable signal conditions.
For correct yaw output, the antenna orientation and heading offset must be configured according to the installation direction. The primary antenna can be placed in front of the secondary antenna or installed using another known orientation with the corresponding software offset.
Moving-baseline heading can operate without RTCM correction data from a fixed base station. This allows the receiver to provide a non-magnetic yaw source even when centimeter-level absolute positioning is not required.
Centimeter-level absolute RTK positioning requires compatible RTCM correction data from a fixed base station, CORS network or NTRIP service.
The receiver may also be operated with only one antenna for conventional GNSS positioning. In single-antenna operation, the primary antenna connector must be used and moving-baseline heading will not be available.
The 10-pin JST-GH interface is intended for connection to compatible Pixhawk GPS1 ports. The supplied 10-pin to 6-pin cable can be used with compatible GPS2 ports. The pin definition, voltage and flight controller documentation must be checked before installation.
The USB Type-C interface supports receiver configuration and computer communication. Base-station operation may require manual configuration using Unicore UPrecise or compatible ground-control software.
The integrated IST8310 is an electronic compass. The product does not include a specified gyroscope or accelerometer and must not be described as a GNSS/INS receiver.
