Product Description

Overview

The TOXU KC.DA.00327 is a 2-in-1 external combination antenna integrating separate 4G LTE and LoRa antenna functions into one compact housing.

The 4G LTE antenna covers 824-960MHz and 1710-2690MHz, while the LoRa antenna operates at 466MHz +/-5MHz, equivalent to an operating range of approximately 461-471MHz.

Two independent 1.37mm RF cables and two IPEX-I connectors are provided for connection to compatible cellular and LoRa module interfaces. This independent cable structure allows the two wireless systems to operate through separate RF ports.

The antenna uses an omnidirectional monopole structure with vertical polarization and a specified maximum gain of 3.66dBi. Its ABS housing, IP67 protection rating and -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range support installation in compatible outdoor and industrial wireless equipment.

An M12 threaded mounting structure provides secure equipment installation. Cable length, connector type, operating frequency, housing structure and product labeling can be evaluated according to project requirements.

System Integration

The KC.DA.00327 can be integrated into compatible dual-wireless equipment using the following configuration:

4G Antenna Cable -> 4G LTE Module RF Port

LoRa Antenna Cable -> 466MHz LoRa Module RF Port

The two IPEX-I connectors must be connected to their corresponding 4G and LoRa RF ports. The heat-shrink identification on each cable should be checked before assembly.

Before ordering, confirm that the equipment supports 824-960MHz, 1710-2690MHz and the specified 466MHz LoRa frequency. LoRa frequency plans vary between countries and projects, so 466MHz compatibility must be confirmed before selection.

The mounting hole and enclosure thickness must be compatible with the M12 threaded structure. Correct sealing and mechanical installation are required to maintain the intended IP67 protection.

The antenna should be installed away from large metal surfaces, batteries, motors, power converters, high-current wiring and other components that may affect RF performance.

Sample testing with the actual enclosure, modules, PCB, cable routing, mounting position and intended operating environment is recommended before volume production.
