Millimeter waves are electromagnetic waves with wavelengths in the millimeter range, usually referring to the frequency range of 30-300GHz, usually including frequencies above 24GHz.  5G millimeter wave has rich frequency resources and is the inevitable direction of the evolution of mobile communication technology. As one of the core enabling technologies in the fields of high-speed access, industrial automation, medical health, and virtual reality, 5G millimeter wave is expected to contribute US$565 billion to global GDP by 2035, bringing significant social and economic benefits.
