On July 26, 2025, Shenzhen Tongxun Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (TOXU), a leading manufacturer of GNSS antennas and communication components, organized a full-day internal training session to enhance its quality control procedures and better serve global clients in the fields of precision agriculture, automotive electronics, and industrial IoT.

The training focused on four core areas of TOXU’s quality management system:

Raw Material Procurement Procedure – Ensuring suppliers provide traceable, qualified materials that meet all technical and environmental standards.

Supplier Management Procedure – Standardizing evaluation criteria and communication flows to maintain a robust and responsive supply base.

In-Process Inspection Procedure – Reinforcing real-time production line quality checks to minimize defects and catch inconsistencies early.

Final Product Inspection Procedure – Strengthening final testing protocols for outgoing GNSS, 4G, 5G, and RF components to ensure 100% compliance before delivery.

This training was conducted as part of TOXU’s 2025 Annual Procedure Reinforcement Program, aligned with its IATF16949 and ISO9001 certifications. More than 30 team members from the R&D, quality control, supply chain, and manufacturing departments participated in the workshop, which included both theoretical instruction and on-site case studies.

“To serve our clients better, we must start from within. By revisiting our core procedures, we’re ensuring every GNSS antenna, ceramic patch, and communication module we produce is delivered with confidence,” said the company’s QA Manager during the closing session.

TOXU has invested heavily in internal infrastructure in recent years, including state-of-the-art testing equipment covering full-band GNSS simulation, RF cable testing, and vibration resistance validation. The company also maintains long-term partnerships with material suppliers and solution providers across Asia, Europe, and Latin America, enabling it to deliver custom antenna solutions with fast lead times and reliable performance.

This training marks another milestone in TOXU’s ongoing mission to provide OEM and ODM customers with world-class manufacturing support, from antenna customization to mass production under automotive-grade standards.
